  • Puppy Picks and Remaining Deposit
We don't allow buyers to pick until puppies are 4 to 5 weeks old. This allows time for their personalities to develop so you can make the best choice for your family. We do this via Facetime or Facebook Messenger Video. The final amount of your puppy is due three days before your pups departure. You are able to make payments up until it's time for delivery day.
  • The Waitlist
Due to the high-demand of our puppies, I have changed up how we do our waitlists. Please see all the information below: Once we receive your inquiry, an application will be sent to you. Once your application has been approved, we will notify you by email and you can place your deposit. The deposit is $400. Please note that it is non-refundable, but transferable up to one litter. Once pregnancy is confirmed, we will notify you via email. Your deposit will go towards the final price of the puppy. Once puppies are born, you have the option to pick your puppy based on preferred gender or color. If you are un-decided, you may wait until they are 5 weeks old for puppy picking. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable up to ONE litter. Due to us being a small, in-home breeder, we only have a few litters a year with a only 4-5 puppies born per litter. It is best to secure your spot in line with your $400 deposit. If you would like to wait to place your deposit and see which puppies will be remaining, just let us know so that we can keep you on our back-up list.

  • Puppy Pick-Up Day Policies
Our puppy pick-up policy is as follows: 1. Scheduled Pick-up Day: We believe it is best for our pups to start their new routine in their new home between 8-9 weeks of age. Once the pick-up day has been established, any additional days required will need to be changed within two weeks of pick-up. 2. Additional Boarding Requirement: We are able to keep your puppy up to 10 weeks of age and continue their puppy training and keep them on their schedule but it will incur a $25 a day fee past their scheduled pick up date between 8-9 weeks of age. This will need to be established two weeks before their pick-up date. Anything past 10 weeks will require a $50 charge per day up to 12 weeks. 3. Health Check: Before pick-up, all puppies undergo a final health check by our veterinarian. This includes a physical examination, vaccinations, and deworming. We want to ensure that your new puppy is in good health before it goes home with you. 4. Payment: Full payment for the puppy must be made prior to pick-up or at pick-up. We accept cash, Zelle, or certified checks. Personal checks are not accepted. 5. Preparation: We recommend that you come prepared with a crate or carrier to transport your puppy safely. 6. Education: We will provide you with information on the puppy's diet, exercise needs, and general care instructions. We want to ensure that you have all the knowledge necessary to provide a loving and healthy environment for your new puppy. 7. Follow-up: We encourage you to stay in touch with us after the pick-up. We are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have as you adjust to life with your new puppy.
  • Refund Policy
    The $400 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Spay/Neuter Agreement
We require all puppies purchased from Doodle Puppy Crew to have a signed Spay/Neuter Agreement. Puppies need to me spayed/neutered by 18 months of age. SPAYING OR NEUTERING YOUR DOG IS HEALTHIER FOR THEM. Neutering decreases the chance of perinatal tumors and hernias that are in older, unneutered males. Neutered males are less likely to escape a yard and find a female in heat. This reduces the chance of them being hit by cars, getting into fights or lost. Females spayed before their first estrous cycle reduces her chance of mammary tumors, ovarian cancer and uterine infection. A spayed female eliminates the neighborhood stray males from coming over through your fence to breed with her. Giving birth to a litter can be dangerous to your pet. Spaying and neutering before sexual maturity has a temperment benefit. Males neutered early in life tend to be less agressive. Spaying makes your female a better companion.
